Bad Parents

There should be a law that allows me to punish parents who let their kids do anything.

A large group of little league players came in with their parents today. The children start using racial slurs when talking to the waiter. He was getting pissed off in a quick fashion. When I confronted the parents about the problem (they didn't sit at the same table), they said they are just being kids.

So I propose a law that require children to take a good citizen test like dogs can take for AKC titles. If their children can not pass it, the parents must leash them. Seems fair enough.
